You know, the dish that you make when you invite people around for dinner. Something that looks like a restaurant dish, tastes even better, and (this is the box that it needs to tick for me) is easy to make. And is on top of it all 100% plant based, so I don't need to worry about any more or less fussy eaters.
Shaun's mum does the most amazing roast potatoes. They are full of flavour and beautifully crispy. And I really wanted to make them myself as well. I mean, how hard it can be?
The recipe is called Molten-Hemp-Slow-Cooker-Protein-Breakfast-Brownie-Bake. A bit of a mouthful, but that's what makes it cool, I think. I also love the fact that it contains the word 'brownie' - surely it can't be bad! And I appreciate that it mentions 'hemp' and 'protein' in the same same sentence as brownie - a healthy brownie!
What you need to make that authentic Italian pizza? You know, the one where the crust is hand-stretched, thin but with a fluffy consistency, and cooked at extremely high temperatures in a wood-fired oven to achieve that impeccable finished quality. And looks!

I love pasta! Not only because it tastes good, but (and probably that's the main reason) because it's also super simple to make. And now I figured out how to make a pasta dish in a bit more elaborate way!

We love gnocchi in our family. My parents would always make their own, and when they make them, they really ramp up the production. They freeze them and have them ready whenever. We eat them boiled (with goulash or just breadcrumbs and butter), or fried (my favourite!).
I know muffins are supposed to be easy to make. 'Oh, this is easy, I just whipped them up this morning before going to work.' 'Hm, I've got nothing to offer you, let me just quickly make some muffins.' And so on. People make muffins like I make cereal for breakfast.
I am not entirely sure why this dish is called 'sweet cabbage' as there is nothing sweet about it. Maybe it's just because it uses green cabbage that is sometimes also called sweet cabbage? Maybe it's just my family that calls this 'sweet cabbage'.
